These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Unstoppable application, available at get-unstoppable.app.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.
Use of Unstoppable is restricted to individuals aged 16 or over. If you are under 16, you may only create an account with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian, who then assumes responsibility for the use of the service.
If we learn that an account has been created by a minor without the required consent, we may suspend or delete it.
Unstoppable is currently in beta. Access, specific features, or continuity of the service may be limited, modified, or interrupted at any time during this period, without notice and without compensation. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

You retain ownership of all content you create in the application (tasks, projects, habits, notes, etc.). By using Unstoppable, you grant us only the rights strictly necessary to store and process this content for the sole purpose of providing the service.
Backup and user responsibility
Despite our efforts (regular backups, redundancy), no technology is infallible. You expressly acknowledge that:
Unstoppable is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranty of any kind. We do our best to ensure availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-purpose access.
Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons, without any right to compensation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Unstoppable shall not be held liable for:
By you: you may delete your account at any time from the application settings. Deletion is permanent.
By us: we reserve the right to suspend or delete an account, without notice, in case of violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or clearly abusive use.
The application is currently free during beta. No payment is required.
Paid features or subscription plans may be introduced in the future. If so, specific billing, duration, renewal, and refund terms will be clearly presented to you before any payment, and use of existing free features will not be retroactively affected.
These Terms may be updated. In the event of a substantial change, you will be notified by email or through the application. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept, you may delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec, Canada, without prejudice to the mandatory protective provisions of the consumer law applicable in your country of residence (notably for users located in the European Union).
In case of a dispute, the parties commit to first seeking an amicable solution by contacting the publisher at hello@get-unstoppable.app.
Failing that, users located in the European Union may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Users in other jurisdictions may bring the matter before the competent courts of their place of residence, to the extent permitted by law.
